What is a VA?

A Virtual Assistant is someone who provides virtual business support remotely. The beauty of working remotely means you do not need an office space to have the skill set a VA brings to your business. Saving money for your business- no employee contracts, no office space!

I only need casual support can i still hire you?

Yes! Our pricing and packages are flexible, this can be tailored to your needs.

What is a bookkeeper?

A bookkeeper keeps all your financial data, records, transactions and filings up to date. A great bookkeeper is invaluable to your business. They assist your accountant in managing your financials in order to keep you as up to date as possible to make sound decisions on behalf of your business in real time. Bookkeeping services are an invaluable tool to small businesses and sole traders.

I offer free 1 hour consultations for any new clients. We can meet face to face or via skype whichever suits you better. So I can tailor the bookkeeping services I offer to suit your needs.

What measures are taken to secure privacy, data and sensitive information?

All measures are taken to ensure our clients privacy and sensitive information are kept confidential. We will only share your information with the government through usual business practice.

Do you work onsite?

Yes. While i work virtually, I am more than happy to come in for meetings or casual arrangements when applicable.

I will also do monthly visits to pick up receipts, and IRD papers or alternatively these can be dropped off or scanned and emailed.

How much do you charge?

My hourly rate for casual admin is charged out at $30 an hour GST inclusive.

Hourly rate for accounting and bookkeeping is $45 an hour GST inclusive.

All casual work is charged out with a one hour minimum charge, after that it is charged out in 15 minute blocks.


How do i pay you?

You will be sent an invoice on completion of work. All accounts are expected to be paid within 14 days of invoice date. You can pay via direct debit into our business account.

International payments must include bank transfer charges and making sure the correct amount in NZD is transferred as agreed upon prior.
